GemWater activators combine Weber’s orgon energy principle with a unique laser technology developed by Dr. Todd Ovokaitys. The laser enhancement process restructures molecules in such a way that they are brought into a higher level of organisation. Quartz sand powder in the water device is activated in this way. The laser activated quartz sand powder installed in the device transforms the water that flows through the activator into a higher structural state. Mechanical principle
In the GemWater systems etheric energy is strengthened by a simple but powerful mechanical principle; tap water flows through the device in a spiral that simulates the kind of whirlpool you see in rivers, streams, and natural springs. Scientist Viktor Schauberger’s amazing discovery was that the bubbling action of the proverbial bubbling brook has a self-purifying effect on the water and that tap water can benefit from this same mechanism. Virtually all of the undesirable information in tap water may be removed and replaced with patterns of vibrancy and vitality.

The whole universe and all of the substances in it vibrate. These electro magnetic vibrations contain information on the biophysical impact of these substances, and water molecules are very good at storing this information. Energizing versus filtering

However, some information is "undesirable", and toxic substances such as heavy metals vibrate at a frequency that is stored by water, often in the last section of pipe between the water grid and your tap.
