Our ethos is very simple. Manna exists to raise planetary Vitality, and we believe, probably owing to our location, that Brighton will be particularly affected. Through Manna we wish to catalyse a profoundly magical and alchemical transformation. A transformation that sweetens and enriches every man, woman and child as his or her vitality is made to bloom with greater and more fulfilling abundance.

Manna is the brainchild of Andreas Demetriou & Kyle Vialli, two up and coming proponents of the human potential movement enabled to share their vibrant understanding of Food, Water, Vitality, Energy, Movement and Mission in regards to the true potential we all hold as human beings.
